Ingredients
- 3 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small carton whipping cream
Method
- Put rhubarb on the bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb.
- Mix cake mix together and pour over rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over undone cake mix.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
- Store in refrigerator after cool.
