- 1 bag Tater Tots
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Lightly brown ground beef; drain fat. Add mushrooms, chopped onion and bell pepper to ground beef. Brown until vegetables are hot.
- Put in casserole dish with both cheeses and cream of mushroom soup; mix well.
- Cover casserole thoroughly with Tater Tots (line neatly).
- Completely cover with golden mushroom soup (spread evenly).
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes.
