Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tater Tots
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Lightly brown ground beef; drain fat. Add mushrooms, chopped onion and bell pepper to ground beef. Brown until vegetables are hot.
  • Put in casserole dish with both cheeses and cream of mushroom soup; mix well.
  • Cover casserole thoroughly with Tater Tots (line neatly).
  • Completely cover with golden mushroom soup (spread evenly).
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
  • Cool 15 minutes.
