Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Parkay margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
Method
- Combine cream cheese and margarine, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Add flour and mix well. Shape into ball. Chill. Divide pastry in half on lightly floured surface. Roll each pastry half to 15 x 12-inch rectangle.
- Cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place sausage piece in center of each pastry square.
- Bring edge together, pressing to seal.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with saucework hot mustard sauce.
