Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Parkay margarine
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage

Method

  • Combine cream cheese and margarine, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  • Add flour and mix well. Shape into ball. Chill. Divide pastry in half on lightly floured surface. Roll each pastry half to 15 x 12-inch rectangle.
  • Cut into 3-inch squares.
  • Place sausage piece in center of each pastry square.
  • Bring edge together, pressing to seal.
  • Place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with saucework hot mustard sauce.
