Ingredients
- 3 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Coat a 6 x 8-inch pie pan with nonstick spray.
- Mix peaches with cornstarch and sugar until the cornstarch is invisible.
- In a food processor or blender, process the topping ingredients until the mixture is moist and lumpy.
- Spoon peaches into pie pan and cover with the topping.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
