Ingredients

  • 3 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Coat a 6 x 8-inch pie pan with nonstick spray.
  • Mix peaches with cornstarch and sugar until the cornstarch is invisible.
  • In a food processor or blender, process the topping ingredients until the mixture is moist and lumpy.
  • Spoon peaches into pie pan and cover with the topping.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
