Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
- 1 1/2 lb. ground lean ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- dry mustard
- brown sugar
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Mix together the pork, ham, eggs, 1 cup milk and bread crumbs. Make into a loaf.
- Cover thickly with dry mustard, then cover with brown sugar.
- Pour 1 cup milk around the loaf in a pan.
- Bake slowly for 2 hours.
- Do not cover or baste.
