Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 or 2 eggs
Method
- These can be baked, steamed or sauteed, and served over shredded napa cabbage.
