Ingredients
- 1 ham hock
- 1 pkg. small navy beans
- 1 tsp. garlic and pepper seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small can green chilies
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in slow cooker or crock-pot.
- Cook all day.
- Take skin and fat off ham hocks.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to serve, skim off all the fat.
- Heat and serve.
