Ingredients
- 2 medium peeled avocados
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
Method
- Mash avocados with lemon juice.
- Add cream cheese, onion, salt, garlic salt and pepper sauce.
- Blend.
- Stir in tomatoes. Serve with chips.
- Makes 4 cups.
