Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Pour the flour into a large mixing bowl.
- Beat the eggs together with the remaining ingredients.
- Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the liquid mixture.
- Work the mixture together to form a smooth, stiff dough.
- Knead it until smooth, with lightly floured hands, in a bowl or a lightly floured surface.
- The dough must be smooth and not one bit sticky, but don't overdo it on the flour or the dough will crumble.
- Wrap the dough in a plastic food bag and leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
