Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Put flour and salt in mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and in it put the eggs and oil.
- Mix together with your fingers.
- Knead the dough until smooth, adding more flour or a few drops of water as necessary.
- Dough may also be made using a mixer with a dough hook or in a food processor.
