Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 small tomato, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
Method
- Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until very small chunks of vegetables remain.
- You may have to scrape the sides of the bowl a few times to get all of it chopped.
