Ingredients
- 2 pie shells
- 1 qt. chopped rhubarb (raw)
- 1 rounded c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 stick butter or oleo
Method
- Place chopped rhubarb in pie shell.
- Mix spices and sugar. Pour over rhubarb.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover with other pie shell. (Place on cookie sheet, juice may boil out.)
- Bake at 300° until crust is brown, about 1 hour.
