Ingredients

  • 2 slice bread per person
  • 2 slice sandwich cheese or some shredded cheddar..I prefer shredded cheddar
  • 1 tbsp butter per person

Method

  • Heat a pan on medium high and put a tablespoon or more of butter in it
  • Lay slices of bread out and flatten them with a rolling pin or a cup
  • Cut off crust and make bread into a nice square shape
  • Put your cheese on bread and roll it up..put a bit of butter at the end to seal it
  • Lay them seal side down in the hit butter your pan has been heating and brown on all side..These are great for dipping in tomato soup
