- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Melt oleo and pour first four ingredients and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Beat next four ingredients until smooth.
- Place over crust and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
- Remove and let cool.
- Spread with pie filling.
- Cover with Cool Whip.
