Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 ounces, weight Goat Cheese, Softened
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 whole Beet, Grated
  • 1 whole Tube Pillsbury Crescents (either 8 Ounce Regular Or 16 Ounce Jumbo)

Method

  • - Combine goat cheese, milk, dill and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • - Grate 1 beet (give it a little squeeze to remove extra liquid).
  • - Spread out crescent dough pieces and assemble by adding goat cheese mixture at the large end of dough, then add grated beets. Roll up, pinch ends and shape.
  • - Place on baking sheet and bake at 375F° for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve immediately!
