Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/3 chicken broth
Method
- Slice potatoes and onions on large piece of foil. Dot with butter. Combine cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes; fold foil and seal. Grill 30 to 40 minutes.
