Ingredients
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans green beans
- 1/4 lb. margarine or butter
- 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried chives
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Heat green beans in their own liquid.
- Meanwhile, melt butter/margarine in skillet.
- Add tarragon and chives and simmer gently for two minutes.
- Turn off heat and stir in sour cream. Combine with drained hot green beans and serve immediately.
