Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. low-fat oleo, softened
- 2 c. fat-free Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 green onion tops, chopped fine
- 4 oz. ripe olives, chopped fine
Method
- Split French bread down the center lengthwise.
- Mix together mayonnaise, oleo, cheese, garlic powder, green onions and olives. Spread over the French bread.
- Bake at 325° until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 to 35 minutes.
