Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 c raw almonds
  • 3/4 c raw sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c raw pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c apple sauce
  • 2 TB grape seed oil or canola oil
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/4 c maple syrup

Method

  • In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well
  • In another bowl combine all wet ingredients and mix
  • combine wet and dry ingredients together
  • Put parchment paper on sheet pan and lay mix out over it
  • Bake in oven at 325 for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally
  • Granola should get nice brown color without burning
  • Let cool before serving
  • Serve with fruit , berries, and or yogurt
