- 4 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 c raw almonds
- 3/4 c raw sunflower seeds
- 3/4 c raw pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 c apple sauce
- 2 TB grape seed oil or canola oil
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c maple syrup
Method
- In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well
- In another bowl combine all wet ingredients and mix
- combine wet and dry ingredients together
- Put parchment paper on sheet pan and lay mix out over it
- Bake in oven at 325 for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally
- Granola should get nice brown color without burning
- Let cool before serving
- Serve with fruit , berries, and or yogurt
