Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Mix together in a medium bowl Ricotta cheese, parsley, Parmesan, basil and garlic powder.
  • In a 7 x 12-inch baking dish, spread evenly 1/3 of spaghetti sauce.
  • Top with 4 uncooked noodles.
  • Over noodles spread 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
  • Top second layer of Ricotta with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Let lasagna cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
