- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Mix together in a medium bowl Ricotta cheese, parsley, Parmesan, basil and garlic powder.
- In a 7 x 12-inch baking dish, spread evenly 1/3 of spaghetti sauce.
- Top with 4 uncooked noodles.
- Over noodles spread 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
- Top second layer of Ricotta with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Let lasagna cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
