Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Pound steak; cut into serving size pieces.
- In skillet, brown steak in shortening; pour off fat.
- Stir in soup and water.
- Cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours or until done.
- Stir often.
