Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 3 egg yolks, unbeaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add milk, butter, rind, juice, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Cool. Fold in sour cream and lemon flavoring. Refrigerate.
