Ingredients
- 6 oz. wedge Blue cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) Wispride cheese
- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. ground pecans
Method
- Cream cheeses together.
- Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup nuts.
- Return to refrigerator until firm enough to handle easily.
- Shape into balls and roll in nuts and store in refrigerator.
