Ingredients
- 1 Banana, Sliced (Use 2 If Small)
- 1 slice Melon, Peeled
- 1 Peach, Halved, Stone Removed
- 7 whole Walnuts
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Method
- Put all fruits in a blender. Add whole walnuts. Add milk. Lastly, add the honey-sometimes it sticks on the sides of the blender and you want to keep things easy. Blend it all together and enjoy your breakfast!
