- 1-1/2 cup Beef Or Other Broth Or Stock
- 2 whole Leftover Pancakes
Method
- Heat broth to a boil.
- Slice pancakes into thin strips. Place pancake strips into the bottom of a serving bowl. Pour broth over strips.
- Enjoy!
- Notes: I use a German recipe for an unraised pancake, but any pancake that isn't very sweet will do. Pancakes may be frozen to make this soup later. I usually use Knorr bouillon cubes to make this. Vegetables or leftover meat, even shrimp, work well in Pfannkuchensuppe.
