Ingredients
- 4 strawberries, hulled
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 small pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 rockmelon (netted melon/canteloupe), seeded and chopped
- 200 g (7 oz) plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
1. Thread the pieces of fruit onto 4 iceblock (popsicle/ ice lolly) sticks.
2. Combine the yoghurt and honey in a bowl. Serve as a dipping sauce for the fruit.
