Ingredients
- 125 g (4 1/2 oz/1/2 cup) low-fat plain or fruit-flavoured yoghurt
- 1/2 red apple, unpeeled, finely grated
- 70 g (2 1/2 oz/1 cup) crunchy breakfast cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon soft brown sugar or honey
Method
1. Combine the yoghurt and apple in a small bowl.
2. Layer the cereal and yoghurt mixture in small, wide glasses.
3. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar or honey. Serve immediately.
