Ingredients

  • 200 to 250 grams Pork or chicken
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 40 grams Ketchup
  • 10 to 20 grams Mirin
  • 5 grams Sweetened condensed milk or sugar
  • 1 Aonori

Method

  • Cut the meat up into easy to eat pieces and put in a bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise and mix.
  • Coat the meat with katakuriko.
  • Stir fry the meat in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked.
  • (If the meat is very lean, add a little oil first.)
  • Combine the ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.
  • It already has mirin in it, so taste before adding the condensed milk or sugar; it may already taste sweet enough for you.
  • Add the sauce to the frying pan and mix well.
  • Add some aonori seaweed powder to finish!
  • You can even make this with chicken skin.
  • A lot of oil comes out of chicken skins, so wipe it out before adding the sauce to the frying pan.
