Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- 3 c. oats
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
Method
- Mix sugar, cocoa, lowfat milk, and butter; cook on medium heat till it comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat; cold 1 minute.
- Add in vanilla, salt, peanut butter and stir till peanut butter dissolves then add in oats.
- Drop by spoonful on wax paper or possibly foil.
