Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 lb. new potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and cooked until tender
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
Method
- Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving drippings. Drain bacon on paper towel, then crumble and set aside. Cook potatoes in bacon drippings for 10 minutes or until browned, turning frequently. Drain. Place potatoes in serving dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and crumbled bacon.
