Ingredients
- 2 Beef Round Sirloin Tip Boneless Steaks
- 1 worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Kirkland Steak Seasoning, approximately
- 1/2 onion, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 pepper (i use green) sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms
- 1 garlic salt to taste
- 1 splash of sherry
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 olive or vegetable oil for frying
Method
- pound meat with meat mallet til thinned out and tender
- sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, sherry, seasoning and garlic salt on both sides of each piece of meat.
- let sit.
- fry onions and pepper strips in oil until tender crisp.
- add mushrooms and fry 1-2 more minutes
- remove vegetables from oil and let drain on paper towels.
- add steak to the oil and fry to desired fineness.
- top with butter
- top with veggies and sauce from pan.
- serve over brown rice.
