Ingredients

  • 2 Beef Round Sirloin Tip Boneless Steaks
  • 1 worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Kirkland Steak Seasoning, approximately
  • 1/2 onion, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 pepper (i use green) sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms
  • 1 garlic salt to taste
  • 1 splash of sherry
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 olive or vegetable oil for frying

Method

  • pound meat with meat mallet til thinned out and tender
  • sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, sherry, seasoning and garlic salt on both sides of each piece of meat.
  • let sit.
  • fry onions and pepper strips in oil until tender crisp.
  • add mushrooms and fry 1-2 more minutes
  • remove vegetables from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  • add steak to the oil and fry to desired fineness.
  • top with butter
  • top with veggies and sauce from pan.
  • serve over brown rice.
