Ingredients
- 1 c. rice (not Minute)
- 1 diced onion
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- garlic powder
- butter or margarine
Method
- Cook rice; do not overcook.
- Fry onion in oleo until tender on low heat.
- Add eggs and mix.
- Add rice and mix well.
- Combine soy sauce with water.
- Add to rice mixture.
- Sprinkle just a little garlic powder.
- Cover until ready to serve.
