Ingredients
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 4 to 6 oz. ham, diced
- 1/2 c. butter
- salt and pepper
- beef bouillon
- 2 lb. fresh chopped mushrooms
- 3 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Saute green onions, celery and ham in butter until vegetables are tender.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add bread crumbs.
- Add the beef bouillon if moisture is needed before adding to a roast.
- This is really good with a tenderloin or good prime roast.
- I like to put roast and stuffing in a browning bag.
- It really absorbs and holds the juices.
