Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. onions, cut fine
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Mix all together.
- Can be served just plain with cracker or can be chilled, rolled and formed into a ball and rolled in parsley.
