Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat rosette iron by dipping in hot oil. Dip iron in batter and hold in hot oil until crisp and floats free from
- hot iron. Cool. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on rosettes.
