Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 to 3 green onions, sliced thin
- 2 to 3 ribs celery, chopped very fine
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 small size can Spam, diced small
- 2 to 3 c. cooked rice
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Place on paper towels to drain.
- In bacon grease, saute the green onions, celery and Spam.
- When crisp-tender, add the cooked rice, scrambled eggs and crumbled bacon.
- Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
