Ingredients
- Kabobs
- 6 cups fresh fruit, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces (use strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, honeydew and or cantaloupe)
- 6 -8 wooden skewers
- Poppyseed Dip
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seed
Method
- Arrange fruit cubes and slices alternately on skewers.
- For Poppyseed Dip, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve dip alongside fruit kabobs.
