Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Break eggs into a shallow dish.
- Beat with fork lightly.
- Stir in salt, sugar and milk.
- Heat a little butter in a skillet.
- Dip bread slices into mixture, both sides.
- Brown both sides.
- Serve with syrup.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
