Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 3/4 water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place the rice in a large bowl.
- Place small portions of butter on top of the rice.
- Bring the water and salt to a boil. Pour the hot water onto the rice and stir. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour. Stir the rice well and serve.
