Ingredients

  • 5 medium bananas, extra ripe
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons Equal sugar substitute
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 12 cup oats
  • 13 cup canola oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water

Method

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Separately, beat the egg and the oil.
  • Mix together, adding the water.
  • Continue beating.
  • Add the sliced bananas to the bottom of a small round non-stick pan.
  • Cover with batter.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes in med-low.
  • Enjoy warm.
