Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) can cut green beans
- 1 (1 lb) cancut yellow beans
- 1 (1 lb) can red kidney beans
- 1 (1 lb) can lima beans
- 14 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced very thin
- 12 cup cider vinegar
- 14 cup cooking oil
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Drain beans, rinse well, and drain again.
- Add peppers and onions to beans.
- Mix other ingredients and add to bean mixture.
- Mix well together.
- Place in glass container.
- Let set overnight in refrigerator.
- Will keep for days.
