Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) can cut green beans
  • 1 (1 lb) cancut yellow beans
  • 1 (1 lb) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (1 lb) can lima beans
  • 14 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced very thin
  • 12 cup cider vinegar
  • 14 cup cooking oil
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Drain beans, rinse well, and drain again.
  • Add peppers and onions to beans.
  • Mix other ingredients and add to bean mixture.
  • Mix well together.
  • Place in glass container.
  • Let set overnight in refrigerator.
  • Will keep for days.
