Ingredients
- 12 flour tortillas (large)
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- red pepper, crushed
- garlic salt
- 1/2 small onion, diced
Method
- Cook and drain hamburger. Mix beans and cheese into the hamburger. Add red pepper, garlic and onion to mixture, according to your tastes. Warm tortilla shells for easier folding. Fill to your desired thickness; most usually 2 tablespoons will be enough. Microwave and eat.
