Ingredients
- 1 c. chicken or shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped cashews
- 1 c. celery
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can Chinese noodles
- dash of paprika
Method
- Mix together the chicken/shrimp, cashews, celery and green onions.
- Then mix the soup, milk and noodles (save 3 tablespoons of the noodles to sprinkle on top).
- Combine the two mixtures and pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with the remaining noodles and the dash of paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
