Ingredients

  • 1 c. chicken or shrimp
  • 1/2 c. chopped cashews
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. green onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • dash of paprika

Method

  • Mix together the chicken/shrimp, cashews, celery and green onions.
  • Then mix the soup, milk and noodles (save 3 tablespoons of the noodles to sprinkle on top).
  • Combine the two mixtures and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining noodles and the dash of paprika.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
