Ingredients
- 1-3/4 qt. prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Energy Wild Strawberry Flavor Drink Mix (double strength)
- 1-3/4 qt. prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Raspberry Ice Flavor Drink Mix (double strength)
- 75 each lemons, sliced Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 100 each fresh raspberries, divided
- 50 each fresh strawberries, divided
- 1 gal. ice cubes
- 1 gal. sparkling white wine
Method
- For each serving: Pour 2-1/2 oz.
- of each flavor CRYSTAL LIGHT into cocktail shaker.
- Add 3 lemon slices, 3 of the raspberries, 1 sliced strawberry and 1 cup ice cubes; cover with lid.
- Shake until blended.
- Pour into glass.
- Add 6 oz.
- wine.
- Garnish with remaining raspberry and strawberry.
