Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 small jar spaghetti sauce
Method
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over meat; add onions, bread crumbs and milk.
- Mix lightly.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan; press in.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
