Ingredients
- 2 medium green peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 medium onions, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices
- 2 (1 lb.) packs boneless fish
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Layer the ingredients in a buttered casserole dish.
- Dot each layer of fish with butter.
- Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
