Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Grease pie plate.
  • Cook beef and onion until brown.
  • Drain and stir in seasoning mix.
  • Spread in pie plate.
  • Top with chiles.
  • Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.
  • Pour over beef mixture.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Top with tomatoes and cheese and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.
