Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip

Method

  • Combine jello and boiling water.
  • Cool until lukewarm.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend in softened cream cheese.
  • Add Cool Whip and blend with a spoon.
  • Finally, add drained pineapple.
  • Pour salad into mold and close the cover.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • To unmold, leave it on the counter for 15 minutes, then place in water for 20 seconds.
  • Take cover off and invert on a plate.
