Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz. container Cool Whip
Method
- Combine jello and boiling water.
- Cool until lukewarm.
- Using an electric mixer, blend in softened cream cheese.
- Add Cool Whip and blend with a spoon.
- Finally, add drained pineapple.
- Pour salad into mold and close the cover.
- Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
- To unmold, leave it on the counter for 15 minutes, then place in water for 20 seconds.
- Take cover off and invert on a plate.
