Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.
