Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 box Rice Chex
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Method
- Melt margarine, peanut butter and chips.
- Pour over Rice Chex, coating well (use a wooden spoon).
- Cover with confectioners sugar and serve.
